Alex Neuenschwander
(owner), a fourth generation dairy farmer, is the on site farm manager at Neu-Hope Dairy. He has a passion for improving herd genetics to meet market demands. He resides near the farm with his wife, Shauna, and three boys. In his [limited] spare time, Alex is an avid IU Hoosiers fan and enjoys following the team!
Kip Neuenschwander
(owner), also a fourth generation dairy farmer (brother to Alex), manages maintenance at Neu-Hope Dairy. He resides on the farm with his wife, Carissa, and four children. Kip is an energetic DIY-er, and has single-handedly renovated much of the farmhouse that they live in.
Mike Fiechter
(owner), and his wife, Shari, both grew up on farms near Neu=Hope Dairy. Mike began farming in the late ‘70’s, married in 1985, and began raising a family. They have 2 daughters, 3 sons and 10 grandchildren. They are both passionate about agriculture. When not working, they enjoy promoting agriculture, time at the lake with family/friends, and spending time in outreach ministry.
